Since the quarantine, mental health issues are on the rise. My heart is to accommodate every person that contacts Shepherd Counseling. However, there are months that I don't have the capacity to accept new clients. I do not have a waiting list. Please be patient if I respond with a non-acceptance.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I can help in overcoming these symptoms with EMDR and other avenues of therapy.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection in all stages of commitment. Therapy sessions are healthy environments to discuss issues and find solutions to better strengthen relationships.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, I can assist in regaining motivation, perspective, and joy.
